Arsenal star Mesut Ozil takes on Ice Bucket Challenge and nominates football-mad Rihanna

 

The songstress revealed her love for the beautiful game during the World Cup and even celebrated with the victorious German side after their win.

The Ice Bucket Challenge craze has continued with Arsenal star Mesut Ozil the latest to take the plunge.

Millions across the world are soaking themselves for charity including football superstars Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar and Steven Gerrard.

And Ozil has followed suit - before nominating football-man singer Rihanna.

The Barbados beauty became something of a pundit during the World Cup this summer, attended the final and even posed alongside the victorious German side.

One of those players she buddied up with was Ozil and the Gunners playmaker has nominated her to get involved.

His girlfriend Mandy Capristo won't be jealous though, she's been nominated too, alongside NBA star Derrick Rose.
